Standing Leg Press Machine for the Disabled
INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this invention is to provide a product for people with mobility disabilities so they can perform two-leg and one-leg press in a standing position for rehabilitation and muscle building without the need of another person's help.
This invention was designed and built to solve the problem of the non-automatic leg press machines for disabled rehabilitation, and the lack of a device for standing leg movements and providing the feeling of exercise in a natural state to the patient for rehabilitation.
DESCRIPTION OF PERFORMANCE
The basis of the presented solution is the use of the patient's vertical movement system, while the patient's body along with both legs are controlled vertically by three different systems and rails. The patient is placed inside the metal chassis of the device and is fixed to it by straps and belts, and with the help of a monitor, a specific type of exercise and rehabilitation begins in a standing position. This product is used as a standing leg press machine for the disabled in sports clubs and rehabilitation centers.
