This product is offered in two variants: paint and coating, each with distinct advantages. It is suitable for application on various materials including metal, wood, and others
- The capability to adhere to any surface without necessitating polishing, thus avoiding rust, and eliminating the need for sanding.
- Applicable in diverse conditions, including wet and damp surfaces, setting it apart from other paint varieties.
- Resilience against corrosive substances, moisture, and erosion.
- Widely applicable in the construction industry, serving as interior paint, contributing to structural elements, and functioning as a facade coating, providing an alternative to isogam.
- Applicable in heavy industries, including oil platforms, marine structures, and large ships and ocean liners.
It is notable that in large industrial settings, the need to reapply paint at intervals of six months to a year arises due to elevated humidity levels and the resultant corrosion. Nonetheless, the application of this paint obviates the necessity for repainting for a minimum span of 20 years, particularly in areas prone to damp conditions.
Implementation in Asalouye Industrial Zone and the results of Razi Metallurgical Research Center experiments
The utilization of this product as a protective coating for the repair of an industrial wastewater storage tank structure in 2013, facing 52 leakage points and covering an area of approximately 4000 square meters, serves as evidence of the product's efficacy, notably following the unsuccessful endeavors of the previous engineering unit. Over the past decade, the coating has consistently demonstrated its initial quality, remaining entirely leak-free. Moreover, detailed product test results are provided below for reference.
